February 2011 Aquifer Update
Non-Drought Status
Barton Springs Flow: 57 cfs (59 cfs 10-day average; Average is about 53 cfs)
Lovelady: 158.9 ft depth to water (Average is about 153 ft)
The Climate Prediction Center has issued a "La Nina Advisory" which indicates drier-than-normal conditions for Central Texas through at least this spring. Without significant rains in the Spring of 2011 we may be headed back into drought conditions by the summer.
